Oliver and Martin Lakes Association is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization whose purpose is conservation, preservation, and improvement of the lakes and environs.
The mission of the Oliver and Martin Lakes Conservation and Improvement Association, Inc. is to preserve and improve the lakes and watersheds, and to enhance the environment for residents and wildlife for present and future generations, by engaging the support and commitment from those who live around the lakes and watersheds to be responsible stewards of our natural resources.
Based on bylaw amendments on September 15, 2018, the Association is now governed by a board of nine directors. Eight directors represent the sections around Oliver and Martin Lakes: one director from Section A, Section B/BB, Section C, Section CC, Section E, and Section F/G/H. Two directors represent Section D, the largest section on Oliver Lake. One director serves at-large. Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting. They serve for a three-year term and may be reelected.
